India Is Building World's Highest Rail Bridge With Arch Span Of 1,570-Feet Over Chenab River!
The Chenab Bridge is an under-construction rail bridge, located
between Bakkal and Kauri in the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. the
bridge will be 1,315m-long, with a 480m-trussed arch span, 359m above
the river Chenab and a 650 m-long viaduct on the Kauri side.
Once completed, it will be the tallest rail bridge in the world and even 35m higher than the Eiffel Tower!
